◆ KDN Nitrogen energy-saving humidity control system

◇ Can match with arbitrary standard size cabinet in 2000 liters to do dynamic dehumidification by filling with CDA gas; No need to prepare new cabinet, help you saving the cost.

◇ KDN system energy saving principle: Control the quantity of Nitrogen by setting the humidity data, when the humidity reach the resetting value, the system will stop to fill in Nitrogen which can saving the useage of Nitrogen.

◇ KDN system uses microcomputer FUZZY intelligent sensor system, after set humidity value, the microcomputer will sense automatically and fill the cabinet with Nitrogen when the humidity exceeds a set value; On the other hand, the system will stop inflation; this can truly achieve energy conservation effect and at the same time spurned the way of traditional system: adopting time controller and solenoid valve to sensing the air entering time point caused by switching the doors and then set the fixed nitrogen-filled time, such kind of method often result in two results: the nitrogen is still being filled in after a long decline of humidity or Nitrogen’s stopping when the moisture is still falling, both of which are all ineffective.

◇ KDN system implements IPC / JEDEC J-STD-033B.1 international anti-humidity specification, owns features of fast lower humidity, monitoring temperature and humidity instantly and overrun alarm, etc. Applicable to the semiconductor, SMT process and treasuries, for moisture-sensitive components, environment where need to control the humidity and oxygen concentration are also suited.

◇ Temperature and Humidity Display: 

U.S. imported micro-computer digital LED display, temperature and humidity synchronously indicating and no need to switch, long lifetime, humidity display range 0% ~ 99% Rh, temperature display range of 0 ℃ ~ 99 ℃, Display Accuracy: Temperature ± 1 ℃ ; humidity ± 3% Rh.

◇ Can read temperature and humidity simultaneously by certain software to get the object of real-time monitoring.
